If this is your first time ever receiving a waxing service we ask that you have at least two weeks worth of hair growth or a 1/4 of an inch. You can take an over the counter pain reliever 30 minutes before your appointment. It is also helpful to exfoliate and moisture 24-48 hours before your appointment. We recommend wearing loose cotton clothing to your visit. Numbing creams are not recommended!
If you are under 18 years of age, you will need a parent or guardian to accompany you to the appointment and fill out a consent form prior to the service starting.
Unfortuantely no. You will need to wait two weeks from the date of your last dose to receive a waxing service.
Relax! Skip the gym! Avoid hot showers! Wait 24-48 before exfoliating. Avoid lotions or oils with fragrance. No sexual activity. Wear loose fitting, breathable clothing. Avoid sun exposure (real or artificial). Wait to self tan.
Ideally, 2-3 Days!!! Your skin will need time to calm down after your service. Immediately following a service your skin will typically be red and sensitive.
Exfoliate 12-24 hours before your appointment and come with nothing on your skin. NO lotions, NO perfume, NO deodorant.
Ideally, 2-3 days beforehand.
If you're booking for a wedding, it is recommended to book a trial ahead of time. If you are having your makeup done for your wedding, its also recommended to book a spray tan for your makeup trial.
Ideally, something dark or black in color. You want to wear something loose. Please remove jewelry (if you can) and leave it at home. Ladies, please come braless if you are planning to tan in the nude. Any item of clothing that could apply pressure ( such as a bra strap) could result in a tan line.
You're more than welcome to wear an old bra and underwear, if you'd like or a bathing suit. There are disposables at the studio (bra & thong) for you to wear as well . If you're comfortable, you can spray tan in the nude. (Please note: wearing of undergarments or disposables will result in a tan line.)
AVOID water or getting wet. Any water or water droplets will cause that area to "set" and be a different depth than the surrounding areas. No hand washing, no doing dishes, be careful drinking beverages. You also want to avoid sweating.
You will wait the recommended amount of time to rinse. You will rinse using warm water, no soap, just water. When you rinse you will see the cosmetic bronze coming off, remain under the water until you no longer see the bronzer coming off. If you received a rapid tan, don't be alarmed, your tan will develop over the next 12 hours or so. Once out of the shower, pat yourself dry DO NOT rub. You can then dress as you normally would!
